Greg Ginn, founder and former member of '80s hardcore legend Black Flag, has been accused of child abuse by his ex-wife, Marina Ginn. According to Consequence of Sound, on October 10, Marina Ginn filed an affidavit with the Williamson County District Court. In the affidavit, Marina Ginn requested an Emergency Motion To Modify Parent-Child Relationship. She believes her children’s state of well-being is in danger.
In the affidavit, reports that her two daughters, Karis and Isadora (ages ten and seven, respectively), “have complained that his behavior has recently grown increasingly erratic, that he is routinely denying them food and threatening them, that he is increasingly abusing alcohol and drugs in front of them, and that they have witnessed confrontations and physical violence at the building where they live." The document also reports that both children are victims of sexual harassment, as Ginn would whistle at them and say lewd comments toward them.
The youngest of the two daughters, Isadora, was taken to the hospital on October 7 due to anxiety and stress resulting from these events.
